Most single-family roof replacements in Delaware are completed in one day. Larger homes, complex roof lines, or homes that need rafter or decking repair can stretch to two days. Either way, we tear off, install, and clean up before we leave the site.
GAF's System Plus warranty (available because Diamond State is a GAF Certified Contractor) covers manufacturing defects on shingles for 50 years and our workmanship for 25 years. It's transferable once if you sell the home in the first 20 years. We register every roof at install.
